Selone is a singer/songwriter/vocal arranger/engineer from London. She has been singing and writing for years, building and developing her knowledge as a performer and writer. At only 24 she has a vast amount of experience and hopes to continue to develop the writing side into a career.

 

Questions

 

How did you get into music?
My musical foundation began in church/gospel music in which I learnt a vast amount of musical techniques and wrote my first song, at the tender age of four. Since then I have remained focussed on enhancing and furthering my god given skills in any way possible.

How long have you been at this?
Since the age of four

What have you had released so far?
Most recently, I have written and featured on a track called Escapism which was on ‘Kind of Peace’ by Pat D & Lady Paradox. Additionally, I have had many tracks released on the underground when I was a member of the R n B quartet Soul Symphony.

Who have you worked with?
I have co-written with Marc Nelson (Az Yet)and have worked with a vast amount of reputable producers; Rawheed, Pat Dooner, JD (So Solid), Sticky, Havoc (Mobb Deep) and BLAO to name a few

What are your plans for the future?
I endeavour to make positive progress within the music industry. I aim to realise my dream as a professional well sought after songwriter who always stays true to music. In the meantime, I continue to write……
